Built for Solo Lawn Care Operators

Stop texting 40 clients for Venmo every month.

NSuite gives solo lawn care operators a booking link that brings in new accounts without text threads, a client CRM with property notes for every yard, and Pro-plan recurring invoices that send themselves on the 1st and get paid by Stripe — no Venmo app required. Flat monthly price. No per-job fees.

Set Up Monthly Billing — It's Free to Start

No credit card required. Free forever plan available. Recurring billing available on Pro ($49/month) — set up once, never chase Venmo again.

A full route pays you. Chasing 40 Venmo requests every month shouldn’t cost you a weekend.

You built a route on reliability and word-of-mouth. But if billing means opening the Venmo app 40 times a month, every new account starts with a 10-text thread, and you roll up to a yard with no memory of the gate code or the client’s preferences — you’re paying an admin tax the route itself never should have created.

  • 40 clients. 40 Venmo requests. Every single month.

By mid-month you’ve made $4,000 that’s sitting in 40 separate Venmo requests — paid, unread, or never sent yet. Some clients pay same day. Some take a week. A few “forget” until you follow up. Recurring invoices send themselves on the 1st, land in your client’s email with a Stripe link, and notify you the moment each one is paid. No texts. No checking the Venmo app.

  • Every new account starts with a 10-text thread.

“Can you look at my yard?” → quote by text → schedule by text → “what do I Venmo you?” → “will you text when you’re on the way?” That’s 8–10 texts before a single mow. A booking link ends the thread: the client picks the service, picks the date, leaves a property note, and pays to confirm. You get one notification.

  • You show up to a yard you serviced 6 months ago and don’t remember a thing.

Which fertilizer went down last fall? Does the client want the backyard skipped when the gate’s locked? Showing up cold reads as unprofessional — and it costs you repeat accounts. NSuite’s client CRM holds gate codes, chemical notes, and service history per property, so you know the yard before you roll the trailer down the driveway.

  • Rain wipes out a week of income — and your truck payment doesn’t care.

Miss 4 mow days in July to rain and a 40-account route just lost $1,800 of income that evaporates with per-visit billing. Flat monthly billing — 12 equal payments averaged across seasonal variation — is the industry’s answer, and it only works if you have a system tracking who’s on which plan.

From booking link to monthly auto-invoice — before NSuite Solo, and after.

What a realistic month looks like for a solo lawn care operator running 38 weekly accounts.

A neighbor asks for a quote

Before: You swap numbers, text back and forth about what needs doing, quote a price in iMessage, and send a calendar invite from your personal Google Calendar. You have no written record of the gate code, the dog’s name, or whether they want the backyard included.

After: You text them your booking link. They pick “Weekly Mowing,” select Friday, enter their address, and leave a note: “yellow lab inside, back gate left unlocked, skip the flower bed near the garage.” They pay a deposit by card to confirm. The appointment and the property notes are already saved.

The 1st of the month

Before: You open your Google Sheet, count up how many visits each client had, calculate what they owe, and spend Sunday night sending 38 Venmo requests. You’ll spend the next 10 days checking the app and texting clients who haven’t paid.

After: NSuite sent invoices to all 38 clients at 6 AM. You woke up to 24 payments. The other 14 have automated reminders queued. By the 5th, you’ve collected from 35 of 38 — and you set the schedule up once, last spring.

Day of the job

Before: You drive to the property, realize the gate code is buried in an old text thread, call the customer who doesn’t answer, and skip the backyard. You send the invoice that evening; they respond three days later.

After: You pull the job up on your phone before you pull in the driveway. Gate code: 4831. “Skip the rock garden — husband’s redoing it.” You finish, send the invoice from the truck. The client pays while you’re loading the mower.

End of the season — fall cleanup

Before: You know 40 clients are due for a leaf cleanup. You scroll through Google Contacts trying to remember who skipped it last year. You text 30 of them and forget the other 10.

After: You open your client list, filter by “last service > 90 days,” and see every client who hasn’t booked a fall cleanup. One tap sends each of them your booking link. Three book before you’ve finished your coffee.

Operators who set up recurring invoices stop thinking about billing within a month. The ones who haven’t are still opening Venmo on the 1st.

I was sending Venmo requests to 36 clients at the end of every month. Some paid same day. Some took a week. Three of them I basically stopped billing because it was too awkward. When I switched to NSuite Pro and set everyone up on recurring invoices, I stopped thinking about billing entirely. The invoices go out on the 1st, Stripe collects it, and I get a notification when each one lands. I haven't sent a single Venmo request in four months. I also added my booking link to my Google Business profile — three new accounts came in last month without a single phone call.

My booking link brought in 4 new accounts in the first month with zero phone calls. But the billing switch is what actually changed my week — I run 30 accounts now and haven't sent a single Venmo request since I moved everyone to recurring invoices on Pro. Set it up on a Sunday; by Tuesday most of my clients had already paid.

Common Questions

Can NSuite automatically send invoices to all my clients every month?
Yes — on the Pro plan. You set up a recurring invoice schedule for each client: pick the cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly), set the amount, set the start date. NSuite sends the invoice automatically on the scheduled date. Your client gets an email with a Stripe payment link and pays online. You get notified when each payment lands. You set it up once and it runs itself.
Is this a subscription where clients get charged automatically, or do they still have to click "Pay"?
For recurring invoices specifically, yes — clients still receive an invoice and click to pay via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); NSuite doesn't auto-charge a card on file for the invoice itself. In practice, operators find that clients on a regular schedule pay within 1–2 days of receiving the invoice, especially since they're expecting it. Separately, if you turn on a deposit or cancellation-fee policy, NSuite does save a card on file and will auto-charge it for a deposit at booking or a late-cancellation fee — that part is automatic.
What happens to recurring invoices in winter when I'm not mowing?
NSuite doesn't have an automatic seasonal pause yet. When your season ends, cancel the recurring schedule on each client's profile — it takes about 10 seconds per client. Set up a new schedule when you start back up in spring. Many Sun Belt operators run their route (and their recurring invoices) year-round and don't need this step at all.
Does NSuite handle route management — ordering stops, optimizing the route?
Not in the current version. NSuite is appointment-by-appointment: it manages your client database, scheduling, and invoicing. It doesn't generate or optimize a daily route. You'll still use Google Maps or your own order. If route optimization is a core need, tools like Jobber and LawnPro include this feature. NSuite wins on simplicity and monthly billing — not routing.
Can clients book new lawn care service through a link — without texting me?
Yes. Your booking link (Starter and Pro) lets clients pick the service, pick the date, enter their address and property notes, and pay a deposit to confirm. You get a notification. No back-and-forth text thread.
Can I save gate codes, property notes, and service history per yard?
Yes. Every client has a profile where you can store gate codes, access instructions, chemical notes, dog/pet info, and any other property details. They carry over to every visit. You can also see the full appointment history for any client.
What's on the free plan, and when do I need Pro?
The free plan includes unlimited appointments, client CRM with property notes, manual invoicing, and up to 25 clients. Starter ($19/month) adds the booking link and Stripe payment collection. Pro ($49/month) adds recurring invoices — the plan you want once you're running 30+ accounts on a regular schedule. Starter and Pro include a 14-day free trial.
Can I see which clients are overdue for a seasonal cleanup?
Yes. Every client profile shows their last appointment date. You can scan your client list, see who hasn't had a service in 90+ days, and reach out before they book someone else.
How does NSuite compare to Jobber or Yardbook?
Jobber is the best-known brand in field service software and starts at $49/month — no free tier. Yardbook has a strong free tier but fewer automation features at the paid level. NSuite is built for solo service professionals across trades (not just lawn care), which means you get a clean, fast experience without the crew-management features you'd never use. $0 free, $19 Starter, $49 Pro — same price as Jobber, with recurring invoices included and a free tier to start.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to set this up?
No. Most operators have their booking link live and first recurring invoice scheduled within 30 minutes. Add your services, set your price, share your link. The recurring invoice setup is a short form: cadence, start date, amount. NSuite does the rest.

Your 40 accounts should invoice themselves. Now they can.
