I use MoeGo for grooming reports and breed notes. Will I lose that?▾
NSuite handles scheduling, payments, invoicing, and your full client CRM. Grooming-specific note cards (breed temperament, coat history) are on our roadmap. If structured grooming reports are essential today, we will be honest: MoeGo does that and NSuite does not yet. What we offer is everything around the appointment — the business side — at a fraction of the cost, with grooming reports coming.
Does NSuite have route optimization?▾
Not yet — it is on the roadmap. Worth knowing: MoeGo's route optimization is not included in their $49 Basic plan. You need their $99/month Growth plan to unlock it. We plan to include routing in a paid tier when we ship it, at a price well below $99.
Is the free plan actually free, or is it a free trial?▾
Actually free. No credit card required. The free plan covers scheduling, client CRM, and invoicing forever. You only upgrade when you want online payment collection, a public booking link, or embed widget.
I'm a solo groomer, not a tech person. How hard is setup?▾
Most solo operators are live in under 30 minutes. There is no multi-staff configuration, no van routing to wire up, no commission structures. It is one person, one calendar, one business.
Can clients book online without downloading an app?▾
Yes. Your public booking page is live immediately after onboarding. Clients view availability, select services, and book — with automated confirmation and reminder emails sent automatically.
Can I charge different prices for small vs. large dogs?▾
Yes. Use NSuite's service variants to configure size-based pricing — for example, "Bath & Trim — Small ($40)" and "Bath & Trim — Large ($65)". Clients select their variant when booking.
What happens to my MoeGo client data if I switch?▾
Export your contact list from MoeGo and we will import it. Appointment history from MoeGo does not transfer (this is true of any platform migration). Your contacts and notes come with you.
Does NSuite charge per booking, per client, or per SMS?▾
No per-booking, per-client, or per-SMS fees. Your subscription covers your entire operation. Payment processing carries the standard Stripe card fee (unavoidable on any platform), but the software itself does not charge per transaction.
